NSI Industries is a manufacturer of electrical, building technology, and HVAC products, owning a number of reputable brands in the industry (Bridgeport, Polaris, TORK, WarriorWrap, Duro Dyne, Platinum Tools, TechLogix, NSI). I was hired to write product and marketing copy for their Project Information Management System (PIM), completing 1,000+ of the following:
- Title: As close to, but no more than 65 characters describing product
- Alt Title: Brand + SKU + Title (internal, no character limit)
- Short Description: As close to, but no more than 250 characters
- Long Description: Up to 3,000 characters, no minimum
- Features: 3-5 product features, roughly same length (two lines of word file)
- Marketing Copy: Generalized copy for product category (not SKU specific)
- Keywords: Relevant keywords, no guidelines
